Tuesday, September 17, 2010 - UPDATE WEEK 2 SCHEDULE ()(Word.doc) LAST UPDATE: 11:54AM EST. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tuesday, September 14, 2010 - UPDATE WEEK 2 SCHEDULE (Revision #3)(Word.doc) LAST UPDATE: 8:07AM EST. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Monday, September 13, 2010 - UPDATE WEEK 2 SCHEDULE (Revision #2)(Word.doc) LAST UPDATE: 3:12PM EST. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Tuesday, September 7, 2010 - UPDATE WEEK 2 SCHEDULE (Revision #1)(Word.doc) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RULES & DIRECTIONS(Word.doc) -SCORESHEET(Excel.xls) -WEEK 2 SCHEDULE(Word.doc)Coaches, It’s “Hoops Time” Please see Week 1 & 2 Game Schedule attached ( Sept 10-12 & 17-19) , We have close to 90 Teams this year, Games will be played at two sites, Laurel Boys & Girls Club & Meade HS, I’ve tried to honor everyone’s Preferences as close as possible, however you will have to make a sacrifice every now and then and play outside your Preference , but very rare… to the most part I can keep it close… some teams might or might not play another team within your age group base upon theirs & your playing Preferences…me and my staff will use strength of schedule and win lose ratio to determine playoff seeding… please see all attachments and read all rules, we will be playing under a Modified Stop Clock , the Referees are all Certified, there will be a “0” tolerance rule in place for bad conduct on or off the court… Please read over attached rules there has been some changes to the slaughter rule and Overtime Play… See attached Game Score Sheets, please have them filled out and turned into table upon your arrival to gym site, first team listed is home team, and will be responsible to keep official game score sheets at table, we will provide a clock operator at each site… ***There will be Absolutely no additional changes to this schedule, except obvious mistakes, we will try to get everything in order by your third week!!*** *All League ENTRY Fees* must be paid prior to your first game, please pay the gym supervisor (Coach Mack , Coach Walter or Coach Fuller) before your team steps on the court or gets in the layup line* Reminder there is a Forfeiture rule in placed, if your team forfeits 2 games they will be removed from the league effective immediately!! all Schedules & Revisions will be emailed to your email accounts and posted on the shooting stars web site( www.ladystars.com) Weekly! Please check the web site up until noon time every Friday of that week, there will not be a change made after that time each week, if so we will call you directly…. we aim to make this the most competitive league in the Metro D.M.V. Region. We are more than Pleased to have all the Teams participate in this year’s Shoot-Out Fall Classic 2010, it is our hope that all the teams will have a enjoyable time!
